I had to read “The Color of Water” this semester for my Race and Cultural Relations class, and I loved it. I wasn’t even supposed to start it until after April 10th, and I killed it months ago. I loved it!!!

Wait wait wait. Are we ignoring the comment about the tough Jewish negotiator and its use of “Jew” as a verb?

Also, I *love* that people feel the need to point out where you can find Jews (There are Jews in Dallas! and outside of St. Louis!), because we are so exotic. Though I think that’s my citified East Coast/Midwestern Big City bias talking: In most of America, there really are no Jews. Crazy.

The above is my guess. although it may have not been intended to sound the way it did; if it was my heritage (100% greek) clustered in that way — it would annoy me.
