I finally found the information I’ve been looking for since the Fiendling was born- A Parent’s Guide to Preventing Homosexuality. After I download and listen to the audio I plan to whip out my credit card to purchase the book. I’m sure the author has great advice and practical tips to equip and empower me to raise an emotionally healthy heterosexual.
If you don’t think it will change the way you parent, just read this insightful comment I found on the website:
Our God made us male and female. We do not need fake man or fake woman, marriage is between man and woman….if we think that homosexuality is normal or we born like that…we are supporting them …loosing our faith in God.

I guess that means I should stop letting Emerson wear my bras?

Well, I for one, never had a problem letting Ryan play with my make-up or play with dolls, so I guess it really is my fault he’s gay.

Wow. Some of those comments make my stomach hurt. But maybe that’s why I have a gay cat…

If the book doesn’t work, there are always camps to help de-gay your loved ones. Nothing says “I’m not gay!” like spending a week in close quarters, sleeping, eating, showering, with other people of your gender who are trying not to be gay.

What I like best is the photo on that website; doesn’t it look like the daughter is grimacing as Dad puts her in a headlock? “Honey, I’ll always love you just the way you are, but if you turn out gay I’ll snap your neck.”
