It's awful. I took a dark blue piece of paper and pasted a yellow moon on it and every night he stays in his room (I don't even care if he is sleeping anymore, I just can't take another night of him in my bed even though I LOVE when he's still and sleeping and quiet in my bed but he's rarely still or sleeping or quiet in my bed) he gets one of those foil star stickers to paste on the paper. It's working wonders. so my 3.5 yo isn’t the only 3.5 yo insomniac?
