I was in your EXACT position 2 years ago. I'm not going to lie, it isn't easy, but it is fun. 3 is amazing, they bond SO well. Mine are 4.5, 2.5 and 18 months. Once the baby started walking and talking things did get markedly easier. And my 3rd was my easiest pregnancy and also the only one that went full term. It was weird. But nice.
